50 Round Dining Tables, 35-8ft Rectangle Tables, 5-6ft Rectangle Tables, 2-4ft Rectangle Tables, 2 Bars,425 Chairs, Black Service Linens (Bars, Beverage and Buffet Stations), 100 Pre-Paid Parking Pass and Unlimited Wi-Fi

Venue Bookings are accepted on first-come, first-serve basis with deposit.

Staffing

Servers – $20 per hour
Chefs -$20 per hour
Bartenders -$25 per hour
AV tech – $75 per hour During events
Event Manager -$25 per hour
Room set up & breakdown $500 per event

The Event Manager is required to be in the building at all times that the
Renton Pavilion Event Center
is in use
